The Radar and Microwaves Laboratory within the Electrical, Computer, Software, and Systems Engineering Department of the Daytona Beach Campus invites applications for the position of a postdoctoral scholar with the group.  This research is funded by the NSF and has a focus on techniques for radio frequency interference mitigation in radio astronomical data, and coexistence of heterogeneous applications (e.g., communications, surveillance and science).


Applicants should have (or be completing) an earned doctorate in electrical engineering or closely related field, and those having a record of expertise supporting the laboratory’s activities in radio instrumentation and signal processing for radar and radio astronomy are preferred. The group anticipates offering one appointment with a duration of 1 year beginning in early 2018.
