The school is comprised of six divisions, namely the Divisions of Power Engineering, Circuits & Systems, Information Engineering, Control & Instrumentation, Communication Engineering and Microelectronics. [b]Job Description:[/b] You should possess the expertise to operate the MOCVD, as well as good knowledge regarding the epitaxial growth of III-Nitrides (InGaN, AIGaN and InAlGaN) and broadly defined related areas of optoelectronics, photonics, semiconductors, devices, lighting, displays and so on. You will be expected to work independently and conduct research in a highly interdisciplinary environment with scientists and students representing a variety of different backgrounds, skill sets and experience levels. [b]Job Requirements:[/b] • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Electrical/Photonics/Material Engineering or Physics; • Good experience and background knowledge regarding MOCVD; • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills; • Strong analytical and conceptual ability; and, • Able to work independently or in a team, in the realization of R&D work.
