University of Missouri-Columbia: The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Computer Engineering. A candidate is sought with expertise in one or more of the following areas: computational intelligence, pattern recognition, computer vision, sensor fusion, embedded systems, computer architecture and networks. The department has strong research programs in eldercare technology, geospatial intelligence, robotics, and computational intelligence.
Applicants should have earned Ph.D.s in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related area.
Applicants for Associate or Full Professor must have outstanding publication records and ongoing, externally-funded research programs in one of the above areas.
Applicants at the Assistant Professor level must demonstrate the potential to develop a sustained teaching and research program in one of the areas listed above.
