When you enroll in our experience-driven program you will gain the knowledge and practical skills to succeed in engineering organizations.

If finding the intersection of engineering concepts and practical application sparks your creativity, consider studying engineering design technology or manufacturing engineering technology--you will be uniquely ready to enter diverse industries in many areas of engineering--aerospace, electrical, mechanical and more.

The Department of Engineering Design, Manufacturing and Management Systems offers three undergraduate degrees, one master’s degree and one doctoral degree. Graduates from our programs are employed in a wide variety of positions in both manufacturing and service industries. Several departmental minors are offered in plastics, automotive, cast metals and manufacturing. Students may also take other approved minors.
