The Engineering Services and Capability Augmentation (ESSCA) contract provides engineering, scientific, and technical support to NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) in Huntsville, AL. Our Structures and Environments team is a high performing group executing challenging tasks for structural integration of the Space Launch System (SLS) and Extended Upper Stage (EUS) including the Systems Analysis and Integration (SA&I) functions.
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
Working independently and in an integrated, collaborative team, your responsibilities would be to provide Systems Engineering support for the SLS vehicle development including:
Provide support to the SLS Systems Analysis and Integration (SA&I) Lead and deputy to assure appropriate integration and issue resolution between the Level 2 and Level 3 design, analysis, and verification/certification activities.
Coordination with like discipline experts at the element level to assist the SA&I Lead in remaining cognizant of all in house prime, insight and oversight activities associated with SLS & EUS with respect to structures and environments.
