Subject: Seeking qualified candidate for post-doctoral research position in electrochemical CO2/N2 Reduction
Job Description: The Hatzell lab is seeking a postdoctoral candidate with expertise in the chemical Engineering with expertise in electrochemical or photochemical small molecule activation processes (N2 to NH3 and/or CO2 to C2/C4 species). The successful candidate will construct and optimize reactor architectures (CAD/Solidworks), perform product analyses (NMR, UV/VIS/, GC/MS), perform electroanalytical measurements (EIS, CV, CA/CP), and characterize material (electrode/catalyst) properties (SEM/TEM/TGA/XAFS etc.).
Successful candidates will work well with students and other post docs. The candidate should be willing to help with completing project deliverables, and aiding in writing project reports.
