We are looking for a Research Fellow to develop CMOS BEOL-compatible ReRAM fabrication process and 1T1R integration for embedded applications. The candidate must have a strong background in ReRAM and advanced CMOS technologies.
The candidate must have a PhD degree in Materials Science & Engineering / Electrical/Electronic Engineering / Microelectronics / Applied Physics.
The candidate must have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the following areas:
- Advanced CMOS technology;
- Advanced ReRAM technology.
