We have opening positions for three Ph.D. students, and postdoctoral research associates in the areas of nanophotonics, HEMTs, FET, and memory devices using III-nitride and Ga2O3. For postdoctoral researchers, experience in epitaxial growth and fabrication of nanostructures using Veeco MBE system (GEN 10) will be given higher priority.
