The GPS and Vehicle Dynamics Laboratory has multiple immediate openings for post‐doctoral research associates. Requirements: The candidate must have a PhD degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering (or related disciplines) at the time of employment. The successful candidate should have:
‐ A strong publication record
‐ Experience in digital signal processing, estimation theory, navigation
‐ Knowledge and expertise in dynamics and controls, including hardware implementation
‐ Good knowledge of experimental design and statistics
‐ Strong programming skills (C++ and ROS experience are desired)
‐ A willingness to work in multi‐disciplinary teams
‐ Good communication skills
The initial appointment is anticipated to be for 1 year, with additional year extension(s) possible
following annual review and reappointment procedures.
Candidates must be eligible to receive a U.S. Secret Clearance.
