A position is available for a Graduate Research Assistant with experience in numerical simulation and testing of structures, preferably related to Structural Earthquake Engineering. The candidate should have the qualifications needed to join the PhD programs at UAEU as a full-time student in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 at the latest, including BSc and MSc degrees and an IELTS score of 6.5. Previous publications in international journals and GRE score also increase the chance for acceptance. The duties include numerical modeling, assessment, and experimental studies on the performance of structural systems and submission of research findings to international journals.
