The College of Engineering at The University of Alabama is seeking postdoctoral candidates. Periodically the College has postdoctoral research position vacancies under a variety of contracts and grants. Persons holding these positions are to conduct research with various faculty members within the college on a variety of projects. The minimum requirement is a Ph.D. in one or more specialized fields within engineering or a closely related field. The appointments are non-tenure earning and are usually for one year, although renewal is possible. Candidates will be evaluated based on appropriate education (Ph.D. required) and skills to meet the requirements of the individual grants under which they will be employed and conduct research.
