Demonstrated competencies in one or more of these categories:
Machine learning/deep learning
Numerical fluids dynamics
Experimental fluid dynamics
Published at least 1 peer-reviewed publication as a first author
US citizens and Greengard holders are preferred (or international students in the USA) but, international students are welcome to apply.
Proven programming skills in MATLAB and Python (other programming languages like C, C++ are acceptable)
Proven modeling skills in Computational Fluid Dynamics in ANSYS/StarCCM+/OpenFoam
The ability to work in a team, take initiative, and be result-oriented and organized
Proficiency in oral and written English that supports working on project reports/publications
Strong background in thermal-fluids sciences
Strong mathematical background in data analytics and/or optimization
Certifications/publications within data analytics and artificial intelligence domains
Proven skills in cost-performance tradeoff analysis
