A TENURE-TRACK FACULTY POSITION IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Quebec in Outaouais (UQO), invites applications for a tenure-track position in electrical engineering, at the rank of assistant/associate professor, effective August 1st, 2019.
Applicants must have a PhD in electrical engineering or a closely related field, with a research focus in robotics, automatic control or digital control. However, candidates with a strong background in other related areas will also be considered. Membership or eligibility for membership in the professional engineering association of Québec is required.
The successful candidate must demonstrate potential for excellence in research and teaching, and have the ability to supervise graduate students. Service to the university and the community is expected.
UQO is a French-speaking institution. Applicants are expected to have a working knowledge of French for teaching purposes.

Salary: Commensurate with qualification and experience
