The College of Engineering at Taif University invites applications for multiple faculty positions in Industrial, Architectural Engineering starting spring semester 2021 at the rank of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor. Successful candidates will play a key role in supporting his Engineering Department in achieving its mission and vision for its undergraduate programs.
Architectural Engineering (Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply):
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in any area of Architectural Engineering. This includes architectural acoustics, building illumination, building materials, building construction, building mechanical systems, engineering economics, and Architectural design.

Industrial and Systems Engineering (Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply):
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Industrial engineering, Systems engineering, or Operation research. This includes Applied statistics and data science, Engineering Management, Ergonomics or human factors engineering, Manufacturing processes, Financial Engineering, Healthcare Engineering, Optimization, Management Science, Logistics and supply chain management, Stochastic Analysis & Simulation, Reliability and maintainability engineering.

Successful candidates will be expected to teach at the undergraduate, develop an externally funded research program in his area of expertise, participate in service-related activities, and supervise student design projects and demonstrate industrial applications of his research activities. Ideal candidates will have experience with ABET accreditation and can help lead the effort to earn accreditation for this program.
The language of instruction at Taif University is English; however, knowledge of Arabic is an asset. The salary is commensurate with qualifications.
