Post-Doctoral Research Associate Position
in Thin Film Materials Processing and Electronic/Optoelectronic Device Applications

There is an opening for a post-doctoral position at Purdue University for the research area of thin film materials processing and its application in electronic and optoelectronic devices that include, but not limited to, thin film transistors, sensors and solar cells. The start date should be on or before December 1. Due to the time sensitivity of the position, applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and, therefore, earlier application will be preferred.
The appointment is for up to two years with yearly continuation contingent upon research progress and project funding. Competitive salary will be provided with additional fringe benefits.
Candidates should possess a Ph.D. with expertise in vacuum deposition technologies, semiconductor device fabrication, and characterization of materials and device performance.
