The Samuel Ginn College of Engineering’s Chemical Engineering department is seeking candidates for a
Research Associate position. The candidate requires a strong back ground and experience in the preparation, characterization and application of flocculants and adsorbents in wastewater treatment.
This role will be responsible for the development and optimization of novel flocculants and adsorbents , design and conduct experiment, work with internal and external partners to ensure the efficient progress of projects and guide graduate students for research. The individual is expected to independently identify and solve research problems through novel scientific approaches, demonstrate high technoeconomic awareness and sensitivity.
