ASSISTANT PROFESSOR / ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR (SYSTEMS ENGINEERING / ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT / SYSTEMS DESIGN / DECISION SCIENCE):  The Department of Systems Engineering invites applications for a full-time, 12 month per year, tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor / Associate Professor within the Department of Systems Engineering.

INSTRUCTOR / ASSISTANT PROFESSOR: This non-tenure track, full-time, 12-month, position will serve as an Instructor or Assistant Professor in the Department of Systems Engineering (DSE) with a focus on undergraduate teaching and advising in the field of Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, and/or Decision Analysis. Rank is commensurate with degree and/or experience. This position is renewable upon performance. If selected, the candidate will be expected to teach 3-4 sections of the same academic course and 0-1 capstones for Fall and Spring Terms equating to a load of 4 each term. Each course section consists of 15-18 cadets, each capstone consists of 4-6 cadets. During the summer term the candidate should expect to teach 1-3 sections of one academic course. Each calendar year, the candidate should expect to teach no more than 3 unique courses excluding capstone. The selected candidate is expected to teach and advise, as well as to identify new and industry-trending subjects for curriculum advancement. The selected candidate will also be expected to participate in departmental service, such as serving on faculty search committees or the communication/outreach committees. Departmental service will account for approximately 10-15% of their role.
