The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (engineering.tufts.edu/ece) at Tufts University (www.tufts.edu/) seeks candidates for a Full-time Assistant Teaching Professor position in the area of Electrical Engineering. Candidates should possess a doctorate degree in electrical engineering or a closely related field.
We seek applicants with expertise in electrical engineering. Principal responsibilities will include graduate and undergraduate instruction and mentorship, and University and professional service. The successful candidate will join our Electrical Engineering program with strengths in electronic materials, photonics, sensors, biomedical devices, machine learning, and power systems. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven record of teaching.

Qualifications
The ideal Assistant or Associate Professor of Teaching candidate will possess prior teaching experience, especially with undergraduate students, and have an engaging teaching style. The candidate must have a strong commitment to teaching and mentoring.
A doctoral degree is preferred but not required.
