The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) at Temple University invites applications for two (2) Non-Tenure Track (NTT) faculty positions, one in Civil Engineering and one in Environmental Engineering.

An NTT faculty is generally expected to teach four courses (3 credits each) per semester in their area of expertise, as well as serve on Department and College committees.  Preferred areas of Civil Engineering expertise include: Transportation Engineering, Construction Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, and Probability and Statistics.  Preferred areas of expertise in Environmental Engineering include Hydrology, Hydraulics, Stormwater Management, Air Pollution Control, Life Cycle Assessment, Contaminant Dynamics, and Probability and Statistics.  Candidates who can teach in multiple areas are preferred.

Preferred candidates will hold a PhD in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related field, hold a Professional Engineering (PE) license, and be qualified to teach courses in 2 or more of the subject areas listed above.
