Teaching assignments may include, but not be limited to, Jet Transport Systems, Turbine Engine Operations, Electronic Flight Management Systems, Flight Technique Analysis, Crew Resource Management, Aviation Safety topics, Dispatch and other advanced courses that support the College of Aviation. Normal teaching load corresponds to four 3-credit hour courses per semester. This position will also include working with and advising students as they explore different options with internships, research, and coursework as well as career paths. Scholarly activities and service responsibilities are expected and will be assigned as needed.This is a nine-month position, renewed annually, with the possibility of summer teaching for additional pay.The Prescott campus is a small residential campus in the mountains of northern Arizona. Prescott is one of the highest-rated residential areas in the Southwest. It is located at over 5,000 feet elevation, has a mild climate, clean air, and is close to outdoor recreation, pristine wilderness areas and national forests.
