Twin-trasition sytems and Remanufacturing

 

Work description

The activity to be developed will be centred in the subdomains of Twin Transition, with specific ations in the development of methodologies and tools to support industrial decision-making, namely Maturity Analysis and Definition of Business Transformation Roadmaps.

In the context of the Circular Economy supported by digital tools and platforms, the role will involve the study of new approaches in the area of remanufacturing complex products in a European project environment.

 

Academic Qualifications

Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or related engineering areas.

 

Minimum profile required

  • Knowledge of the areas associated with the concept of Industry 4.0, in particular the Digitalisation of processes and companies, and the sub-domains associated with the Ecological Transition (sustainability and circularity of products and processes);
  • Knowledge of mechatronic products;
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

 

Preference factors

  • Knowledge or previous experience of developing methodologies for assessing the maturity and digital transformation of companies (SME).
  • Knowledge of or previous experience in assessing the maturity of companies in the area of sustainability.
