The Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of Central Florida (UCF) has an immediate position for a Postdoc fellow in the area of machine learning-enabled battery health management. The postdoctoral fellow will develop machine leanring and physics-informed machine learning algorithms to predict the health conditions of batteries.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must have been awarded a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, or a related field from an accredited institution by the time the postdoc fellow begins the appointment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data analytics/machine learning
- Strong programming skills
