The Advanced Manufacturing Research Group in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) invites applications for multiple fully supported M.S. and Ph.D. student positions starting in Fall 2024 / Spring 2025. Our current interdisciplinary research projects focus on next-generation additive manufacturing of high-performance composite materials (experiments and modeling) with various applications in aerospace, automotive, electronics, and biomedical industries. Self-motivated applicants with a background in aerospace, mechanical, manufacturing, electrical engineering, etc. are highly encouraged to apply.
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is the world’s largest, fully accredited university specializing in aviation and aerospace. The Aerospace Engineering Department is the largest in the nation. The undergraduate program is currently ranked #4, and the graduate program is ranked #25 (tied) by the U.S. News and World Report.
