The Department of Mechanical Engineering in the College of Engineering at the University of North Texas (UNT) invites applications for a full-time, academic-year, non-tenure track Clinical Assistant or Clinical Associate professor position in the area of Construction Engineering Technology and Construction Management starting as early as Fall 2022. Minimum Qualifications
Candidates are required to have 1) undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Construction/Civil Engineering/Engineering Technology, Construction Management or closely related fields at the time of appointment; 2) relevant professional experience in residential and/or commercial construction; and 3) excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Candidates holding a PhD in a closely related field with teaching and/or research background in the areas of construction sustainability, renewable energy, building information modeling, risk analysis, and construction innovations are especially encouraged to apply. Professional licensure or the ability to become licensed is highly desired. College-level teaching experience in the relevant fields is preferred.
