The micro/nano fluidics lab at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, seeks a postdoctoral fellow to assist in developing and testing microfluidic systems for point of care molecular diagnostics of infectious diseases. The fellow must have a PhD in an engineering discipline, good mechanical design skills, and experience in biotechnology such as PCR and/or isothermal amplification. Machine shop and 3D-printing experience is a plus. Start date: as soon as possible.
