JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Seeking a qualified individual to independently conduct experiments for smooth muscle tissue engineering projects, perform data analysis, train students, prepare research manuscripts, and assist with grant development.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job responsibilities include performing the tasks detailed in the required experience to complete smooth muscle tissue engineering projects. Additional requirements also include preparing and completing manuscripts, assisting with grant preparation, and training students in the above areas.

Required experience includes expertise in cell/tissue culture of smooth muscle cells, 2D and 3D microscopy (fluorescence, brightfield), image analysis (ImageJ, CellProfiler), histology, immunohistochemistry, mechanical testing, data analysis, statistics, biochemical assays, general wet-lab skills, and technical writing.
