The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering houses five degree programs: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Embedded Software Engineering, Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence.
The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering invites applications for one faculty position at the rank of Associate Professor of Practice. This position is a full-time faculty position renewal yearly based on performance.
QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified applicants will have 2+ years of professional experience in their field, and a minimum of one-year teaching experience at the college level. Applicants must have at the time of appointment a Ph.D. degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field.
Successful applicants must be capable of teaching a range of classes in electrical and computer engineering curricula, including control systems, digital control systems (graduate course), circuits and electronics, instrumentation and sensor technologies; and courses related to electric vehicles, such as autonomous vehicles, connected vehicles, automotive control systems, and hybrid electric vehicles.
