Postdoc and Research Scientist Openings on Bioprinting and Additive Manufacturing
Multiple research scientist and postdoc positions are available immediately. We are seeking outstanding candidates to work on a collaborative bioprinting project between Prof. Yanliang Zhang at University of Notre Dame and Prof. Y. Shrike Zhang at Harvard Medical School. Our team is at the forefront of developing revolutionary bioprinting methods capable of producing functional organs. The candidates will receive world-class training and career development opportunities on cutting-edge bioprinting technologies at both Notre Dame and Havard Medical School.
Desired experiences and qualifications:
Bioprinting, development of 3D printer hardware and software, control, automation, and robotics, AI/ML for autonomous additive manufacturing, tissue engineering. A doctoral degree and relevant publications in reputable journals are prerequisites.

Professor Yanliang Zhang is the Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Collegiate Chair Professor, and the director of Advanced Materials and Manufacturing for Energy and Health Lab at University of Notre Dame (A top 18 University in US). The mission of our lab is to develop advanced materials and novel additive manufacturing methods to address major societal challenges in personalized health and sustainable energy. We are working on cutting-edge research topics on multi-materials additive manufacturing, bioprinting of tissues/organs, wearable/implantable devices, and sustainable energy materials and systems.
