    Personalized health research


     

    Work description



    • Review of the state of the art on technologies applied in the areas covered in the context of the project.

    • Develop a research methodology that allows collecting relevant information about user needs and technical requirements for proposed solutions.

    • Design and implement technological solutions, prioritizing data protection.

    • Evaluate the effectiveness and usability of the solutions developed, adapting them as necessary based on the obtained results.

    • Collaborate with other researchers and professionals in the health and data protection fields to share knowledge and maximize the impact of the solutions developed.

    • Actively participate in internal meetings and with external partners, as well as in writing technical and scientific reports.


    Academic Qualifications


    Master's student in Informatics and Computing Engineering, or similar.


    Minimum profile required



    • Average grade of First Degree higher than 15;

    • Experience using the Java and JavaScript programming languages;

    • Experience using relational database management systems.


    Preference factors



    • Experience using frontend JavaScript frameworks (Ionic, Angular and Vue.js);

    • Experience using Java and JavaScript backend frameworks (Spring Boot, Node.js, LoopBack);

    • Experience using container software (Docker).


    Maintenance stipend: € 990,98, according to the table of monthly maintenance stipend for FCT grants , paid via bank transfer. Grant holders may be awarded potential supplements, according to a quarterly evaluation process (Articles 19, 21 and 22 of the Regulations for Grants of INESC TEC and Annex II), up to a maximum limit of 50% of the monthly maintenance stipend.
