    Work description



    • Review of techniques and work related to catalogues and reproducibility of processing pipelines;

    • Technological analysis, design, development and integration of proposed solutions for the reproducibility of processing pipelines;

    • Validation of the solution through empirical evaluation;

    • Writing activity reports.


     


    Academic Qualifications


    Master's degree in Computer Engineering or related field


     


    Minimum profile required



    • Knowledge of software engineering;

    • Experience in technologies for running and developing services in containers, such as Docker.

    • Demonstrated experience with evaluating and implementing reproducibility of processing pipelines;

    • Fluency in English.


     


    Preference factors



    • Experience in using NoSQL databases;

    • Experience in developing web applications using web APIs;

    • Demonstrated experience using FAIR systems for data;

    • Knowledge of technologies for running and developing services in containers, such as Docker.
