    We are looking for a Project Officer (PO) who will develop generative artificial intelligence (AI) and surrogate modelling techniques for synthesizing artificial metasurfaces.


     


    Key Responsibilities:




    • Developing generative AI-based frameworks for fast synthesis of unit cells of metasurfaces




    • Developing machine/deep learning or polynomial-based surrogate modelling techniques for fast characterization of unit cells




    • Implementing local/global optimizers leveraging surrogate models for fast synthesis




    • Validating the performances of the synthesized configurations with those of the fabricated metasurfaces




     


    Job Requirements:




    • BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field




    • High academic credentials from a reputable institution




    • Experience in code development for generative AI and/or surrogate modelling




    • A publication record (preferred)




    • Coding experience in Phyton and Matlab as well as C/C++ or Fortran




    • Good written and oral communication skills
