    Ph.D. Positions Available in ICON Lab at New Mexico Tech University


    Several Ph.D. positions are available in the ICON (Innovative Control Of Networked multi-agent systems) Lab under the supervision of Dr. Kooktae Lee, at New Mexico Tech University, for Spring 2025 or Fall 2025.


    Research Focus: The project involves multi-robot (agent) systems and control. A solid background in mathematics and control theory is required. Experience with programming languages (C/C++/Python), Ardupilot, ROS, and GAZEBO is desirable. The primary goal of the project is to develop new control schemes for multi-agent systems and implement them in real-world applications using multi-robot systems.


    Funding: If selected, the student will be fully supported by NSF and NASA funding.
