  • Postdoctoral Position in AI, Machine Learning, and Biomedical Informatics

    A postdoctoral position in AI, Machine Learning, and Biomedical Informatics is available in Dr. Movaghar’s Group at Wake Forest University, School of Medicine. This position focuses on developing computational models to detect complex disorders using electronic health records (EHRs) and high- dimensional bio-psychosocial data. Applicants with experience analyzing EHRs or patient data registries are strongly encouraged to apply.


    Key Responsibilities



    • Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms for EHR analysis.

    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on designing and executing research projects.

    • Publish findings in high-impact journals and present at leading scientific conferences.

    • Mentor and guide students and interns in research projects.


    Required Qualifications



    • PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.

    • Strong expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling.

    • Proficiency in Matlab, R, or Python.

    • Proficiency in scientific writing and academic presentation
