    Work description



    • State-of-the-art study of inertial underwater navigation and dynamic flow measurement systems.

    • Development of a flow and pressure sensor array on a flexible PCB (print circuit board).

    • Development of instrumentation and a processing system for the sensor array.

    • Encapsulation of the respective system in a flexible material for application in underwater vehicles.

    • Publication of results in a scientific journal and/or conference.

    • Writing of the grant activity report.


     


    Academic Qualifications



    • PhD in Electrical Engineering.


     


    Minimum profile required



    • Bachelor's and Master's degree average above 15.

    • 5 articles published as first author in peer-reviewed journals.

    • 2 presentations in technical sessions at international conferences.

    • 20 indexed publications (Scopus).


     


    Preference factors



    • Experience developing flow sensors or other physical variables for aquatic environmental monitoring.

    • Experience developing low-power instrumentation circuits.

    • Experience developing low-power data processing units.

    • Experience developing flexible PCBs.

    • Experience writing scientific publications.
