The Wichita State University (WSU) Aerospace Engineering (AE) department has one full-time Aerospace Engineering Educator position available. The position is focused principally on teaching freshman and sophomore level AE courses, but also include opportunities to teach higher-level classes and to get involved in department research and service activities.

Applicants must hold at least a master’s degree in engineering or a strongly related discipline. A degree in aerospace engineering or notable aerospace industry/ research lab experience is preferred. A demonstrated ability to teach and communicate effectively is required.

U.S. citizens or permanent residents with an undergraduate degree in aerospace engineering are preferred. If interested, apply – submitting your curriculum vitae, letter of introduction discussing your teaching philosophy, and contact information for at least four references located in the US.
