The School of Chemical, Biological, and Environmental Engineering at Oregon State University has its roots in one of the oldest and most respected chemical engineering departments in the Western United States, established in 1917. The school has 31 tenured and tenure-track faculty members who pursue a variety of research and teaching activities. Our Bachelor of Science and Honors Bachelor of Science programs in chemical engineering, bioengineering, and environmental engineering are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET. Our graduate program offers M.Eng., M.S., and Ph.D. programs in chemical engineering, bioengineering, and environmental engineering.
