Work will be focused on developing models to accurately capture the environmental impact and economic viability of emerging technology. Opportunities for professional development will be provided and tailored to the career goals of the individual. This can include proposal development, teaching opportunities, student mentorship, conference presentations, etc. While the posting focuses on oil and gas life cycle assessment other opportunities have been funded and include:

  • Energy storage systems
  • Algal Biofuel systems
  • Small modular nuclear systems
  • Waste to energy systems
  • Grid energy production and storage
