Expertise: Transformation of waves from offshore to nearshore, nonlinear wave dynamics, analysis of waves in a frequency domain, breaking waves in the nearshore area, shoreline position and sediment transport
Applying statistical methods, such as Bayesian Techniques, to estimate the unknown parameters for wave modeling and determine the effects of inputs uncertainty on the modeling outputs
Using huge numbers of ocean data as inputs along with a global ocean model, comparing the modeling outputs with measured data and analysis of the outputs using statistical toolboxes.
