Expertise: Dr. Annasiwatta’s research interests span the areas of modeling and simulation, particularly hysteresis modeling and simulation, controls and mechatronics. His current work focus on describing hysteresis behavior of fundamental property of Vanadium Dioxide thin films and derive other properties from that eliminating the needs of finding separate models for the different properties.
