Teach courses in Chemical Engineering. Organize and supervise undergraduate laboratory courses. Participate in undergraduate recruiting. Represent the department in matters related to undergraduate education.

90% – Teach undergraduate courses in Chemical Engineering. Organize and supervise laboratory-based courses. Oversee safety program for undergraduate laboratories.

10% -Advise undergraduate students. Serve on committees related to undergraduate education. Participate in recruiting activities. Conduct orientation sessions for new undergraduate students.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s
Degree Substitute: M.S. or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or engineering or related field of study

Years of Experience: 8 years
Specific Experience: Experience in the practice of chemical engineering ore closely related field (e.g. chemical manufacturing, reactions, separations, process safety, control systems and design).

Preferred Qualifications:
M.S. or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or engineering or related field of study

Years of Experience: 10 years

Specific Experience: Experience in large scale chemical manufacturing processes.
