The Multimedia Communications and Systems Lab (MCSL) at University at Buffalo, led by Prof. Nicholas Mastronarde, has an open position for a Principal Research Scientist.

We are looking for a candidate who will:
  • Have research experience in the areas of inverse problems of electromagnetic and acoustic waves, mm-wave sensing, SAR/ISAR imaging, optimization, and numerical computing.
  • Work on theoretical analysis, algorithm development, simulations, modelling and prototyping for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance applications in wireless systems.
  • Also mentor students, collaborate with external project partners, and contribute to the preparation of research bids and proposals.
