Applications are invited for a visiting lecturer in the Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineering Technology Program within the College of Engineering and Science (COES) at Louisiana Tech University. The ideal candidate will have earned a doctorate in Engineering, Engineering Technology or a related field and have experience using PLCs. Candidates who have earned at least 18 graduate semester hours in a related discipline and who have significant industrial experience in instrumentation and/or controls are also encouraged to apply. Specific areas of expertise sought are PLC/DCS programming and integration with various industrial measurement instruments, actuators and networks. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of relevant student projects, hands-on laboratory experiences and application-focused curricula.
