The department currently has eleven tenured or tenure-track faculty members representing multiple engineering disciplines, six support staff, and approximately 600 students. Its strengths include dedicated faculty and staff, an engaged and invested student body and alumni, strong administrative and lab support, and well-equipped laboratories and design studios.
