Work description
- Review of techniques and work related to catalogues and reproducibility of processing pipelines;
- Technological analysis, design, development and integration of proposed solutions for the reproducibility of processing pipelines;
- Validation of the solution through empirical evaluation;
- Writing activity reports.
Academic Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Engineering or related field
Minimum profile required
- Knowledge of software engineering;
- Experience in technologies for running and developing services in containers, such as Docker.
- Demonstrated experience with evaluating and implementing reproducibility of processing pipelines;
- Fluency in English.
Preference factors
- Experience in using NoSQL databases;
- Experience in developing web applications using web APIs;
- Demonstrated experience using FAIR systems for data;
- Knowledge of technologies for running and developing services in containers, such as Docker.
