Research Opportunities
Power Systems - Digitalization in energy local ecosystems and energy management tools
Work description
- Identify technical requirements for the development and integration of digital micro services.
- Build on previous project developments for the creating of micro services in digital environments.
- Integrate LLMs and other tools, such as text-to-speech, for the precise and reliable interpretation of graphics, minimizing effects such as hallucinations.
- Develop knowledge and understand the effective added value of digital technologies and energy flexibility for local energy ecosystems.
- Write the grant activity report.
Minimum profile required
- Student of Computer Engineering, Computer Scientist, data science or similar areas.
- Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with Python, with experience in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and SciPy.
Preference factors
- Knowledge of Backend development.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIS, such as Flask or FastAPI.
- Knowledge of Docker for containerization.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of AI models, namely LLMs such as OpenAI GPT and LlaMA 3.
- Knowledge of micro service development, integration and deployment.
