The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) in the Charles V. Schaefer, Jr. School of Engineering and Science at Stevens Institute of Technology (Stevens) invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor position for the spring semester of 2026. The Adjunct Instructor will teach an online course, Introduction to VLSI Design.
Responsibilities:
- Teach Introduction to VLSI Design
- Evaluate student performance and foster an open, inclusive class atmosphere
- Communicate with the department regarding student learning performance and outcomes
- Syllabus file for the course is attached
Required Education and Experience:
- Applicants should have earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline at the time of appointment.
- Successful candidates should have a demonstrated interest and commitment to excellence in graduate education. Prior college teaching experience in ECE is preferred.
