Research Opportunities
Robotics, autonomous systems
Work description
Develop the BioSampler mechanical solution for real-time and in-situ water sampling and filtration for eDNA collection within the scope of the NMicroARTIC research project. This work plan includes the redesign and implementation of a mechanical and micro-hydraulic solution for the biosampler for submerged use as well as consideration of its use in environments with extreme weather conditions.
The plan also includes testing and validating the implemented solution and monitoring its implementation in the field, as well as preparing all associated documentation and usage manuals.
