Albright College, a dynamic liberal arts college in Reading, PA, invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the Computer Science Department beginning August 2019. The successful candidate should have broad teaching and research expertise, particularly in software engineering, analytics, and informatics. Qualified candidates in other areas will also be considered. A Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related discipline is preferred, along with evidence of a strong commitment to teaching at a liberal arts institution where students expect close contact with their professors and welcome opportunities to engage in collaborative research. The successful candidate will teach a broad range of computer science courses and assist in the development of a new data analytics curriculum. Job responsibilities include teaching six courses per year, scholarship, and service to the department and college.
