I am an Assistant Professor of Instruction in Electrical Engineering. Previously, I was a Lecturer in EECS, as well as a postdoc working in the Center for Engineering and Health. My work focuses on creating technologies to make patients' lives easier. I specialize in signal and image processing, machine learning, and circuit and system design.
As a graduate student, my work focused on detecting people's heart rate remotely without any contact. Currently, I am more focused on product development and lecturing than on research.
