We are pleased to announce the launch of a new cycle of the AUS Postdoctoral Fellowship Award, PDFA26. 

The fellowship is designed to attract outstanding researchers worldwide to contribute to the growing and thriving scholarly environment at the American University of Sharjah (AUS). 

Who Should Apply?

• Researchers in business, science and engineering fields working on innovative solutions to global and regional challenges
• Social scientists and humanists addressing pressing societal, cultural, or historical questions
• Creative professionals whose work is research-informed and critically engaged with their field

Award Highlights

• Stipend: Up to AED 20,000/month (approx. USD 5,400), plus benefits
• Duration: 2 years (full-time)
• Eligibility: PhD or terminal degree awarded within the last 3 years
• Global Reach: Open to applicants of all nationalities and fields
• Mentorship: Applicants must secure an AUS faculty supervisor
• Optional Teaching: Opportunity to teach up to one course per academic year
